Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email office@djwevents.com with your order number, then post the item back within 14 days of telling us, to: DJW Events, 220 Green Lanes, London N13 5LB.

Please send it back unworn and unwashed. We may take money off the refund if it has been worn or washed. You pay the postage to send it back. We'll refund the item and the standard delivery you paid within 14 days of getting it back (or of you showing us proof of postage, if that's sooner).

Wrong size?

Same as above: send it back for a refund and order the size you need.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted?

Every item is printed just for you. If something's not right, we'll fix it for free. Email office@djwevents.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send it back.

Lost in the post?

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, email us and we'll sort it out.

Your legal rights as a customer aren't affected by this policy.
